New Support Help Centre!

 

Affiliate Future are migrating to a new Support Centre!

Our NEW Support Helpdesk is an easy to use, ticketing platform that allow our clients to ask their questions to the Affiliate Future team. These tickets can be responded to via email as well as through the support platform. You are also able to create your own account which makes it easy for you to keep track of any open tickets.

The new Support Help Centre also contains a Knowledgebase filled with FAQs that offer guidance with issues such as Reporting & Transactions, Finance, Communications and more.

If you come across a query, it’s likely that the solution to your problem will be in the FAQs, so it’s always worth checking there first. If, however, you are still unable to resolve the problem, we are happy to receive a ticket from you.

 

We also welcome any suggestions on our “Solution Articles” that you feel perhaps should be added to the FAQs.

We will be continuing to use our Support Team email address as always, but we are aiming to achieve a streamlined Support Centre with our new helpdesk platform to ensure we are helping resolve your queries as efficiently as possible.
